The decline of duck habitats and the continued loss of duck hunters are arguably the two greatest challenges facing our waterfowling heritages - and Delta Waterfowl has dedicated itself to correct both issues.
Using cutting-edge waterfowling techniques and human dedication, Delta Waterfowl strives to conduct high-quality research, train new students and hunters, influence public policy, increase duck populations and habitats and preserve and promote hunting as an integral part of waterfowl management - all in the name of preserving one of the oldest and richest traditions in the world.
Delta is committed to pursuing a common sense public-policy solution that improves duck habitat while still maintaining hunter access. Delta is also working to recruit the next generation of U.S. and Canadian hunters through its comprehensive mentored hunting program - which teaches safe, practical and responsible waterfowl hunting techniques to its students.
