Our Chapter
Based out of Laurel, the Delaware Mid-Shore chapter of Delta Waterfowl has dedicated itself to the preservation of waterfowl and waterfowl hunting throughout the Delmarva region.
Through benefit dinners, community participation and information sessions, Mid-Shore Delta has been able to help spread waterfowl awareness throughout Delmarva. A mainstay at major fairs, festivals and town events, Mid-Shore works with community leaders and citizens in order to protect local waterfowl populations.
At the same time, Mid-Shore Delta has actively involved itself in the recruitment of new hunters. Mid-Shore hosts a number of events appealing to younger hunters, and offers a youth calling contest - complete with prizes. Like the national chapter, our members are always happy to mentor new hunters.
